We Care 4 You, LLC We Care 4 You, LLC Crestline, CA Crestline, CA Full-time Full-time $17 - $18 an hour $17 - $18 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago - Bilingual 2 Open Positions 1 in Crestline and 1 In Redlands Duties - Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process for new employees - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates - Manage job postings on various platforms and websites - Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications - Coordinate background checks and reference checks for selected candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements - Assist with the development of job descriptions and job advertisements - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information Requirements -Must Read, Write, and Speak in English and Spanish - Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition role - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Required work experience is 2yrs caregiving experience and 2yrs office experience Mon-fri 8am -5p with occasional after hours.
Must have great driving record.
Answer the phones, computer usage, data entry, outbound calls, auditing files, scheduling, driving to emp/ client homes, office clean up, attend / staging marketing events, attend training seminars.
